We had a deck installed in our backyard Fall 2023. After receiving quotes from 4 companies in total, Sunlight Covers stood out as being an honest company who truly wants to provide a quality deck covering for owners to enjoy their outside space. Of course like any company, pricing depends on materials, but they really weren't looking to gouge our wallets. Compared to the other quotes, they offered the most at the lowest price by far. After being burnt from a previous company who used rushed sales tactics, thus not fully reading the terms & conditions (T&C) that were pages of 8 pt font and required a law degree to fully understand, it was truly appreciated that this company's T&C were comparatively much shorter & written in plain English. There was no pressure for an immediate answer & quote price was guaranteed until decision was made (within reason). Should the need for cancellation arise, 100% of down payment is refunded as long as no materials have been purchased yet.
